Learning Reiki To become a Reiki healer, a person receives a Reiki Initiation from a Certified Reiki Master Teacher.during attendance at a Reiki course. Reiki is natural and easy to use, Anyone can learn Reiki. It isn`t something you can learn though just by reading about it. The ability to use Reiki is activated by an attunement from the Reiki Teacher. There is no belief system attached to Reiki so anyone can receive or learn to give a Reiki treatment There are 3 levels of Reiki attunement: Reiki 1 and 2 and the Master level. Once attuned Reiki is easy to use and your ability to use Reiki will never leave you! There is a level above Reiki Master – Reiki Master Teacher. A Reiki Master Teacher will have a much deeper and broader depth of knowledge and be dedicated to helping and supporting others on their Reiki journey. WHAT IS REIKI ?
Reiki is a natural form of energy healing. . lt works on all levels -physical, emotional and spiritual - by using variable frequency energy that heals and balances the mind, body and spirit. So it works on every level, not just the physical, and promotes the body's regenerative self healing ability. The Japanese word Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) means "Universal Energy". Eastern medicine has always recognised and worked with this energy, which flows through all iving things and is vital to wellbeing; known as "ki" in Japan, "chi" in China and "prana" in India. In early 20th century Japan, Mikao Usui discovered how to receive this energy to re-balance the human body .. he went on to pass his knowledge on through the opening of a teaching centre: The Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkei (translated as Usui Reiki Healing Society).

Reiki stimulates the body's self-healing abilities, induces quality sleep, reduces blood pressure, relieve pain, removes energy blockages, ,adjusts the energy flow of the endocrine system bringing the body into balance and harmony, When the Reiki energy begins the re-balancing process the body natural begins clearing any build up of toxins, In this way Reiki supports the immune system, Deep relaxation allows your body to release stress and tension, Stress and tension has a profound effect on our physical bodies and when it reaches the chronic stage it is hard to break the circle. Practising Reiki helps restore the body`s natural balance. Reiki open the energy channels and so allows the body to deal with stress and the consequent build-up of toxins. A Reiki healing session can induce an extremely deep state of relaxation - similar to a deep meditative state which is highly resourceful. the attunements, the personal development, is fundamentally to do with intuitive guidance and intention. There
are processes and do`s and don`ts to learn, but rather than relying on rigid rules to
maintain integrity, we should adopt a continuous healthy humility and allow our understanding and connection to blossom from
the centre of our being, not the mind. O In my opinion, the best Reiki Master Teachers will focus on
conveying the holistic and multi faceted nature of the energy, and on leading and encouraging their students to build a deep
personal relationship with Reiki on all levels. . O Do this and the Reiki energy itself will
flow freely and be the directing force. The flexibility of the Usui system bears testament to the
personal nature of our relationship with this universal energy. OThe Universe is evolving, we are of the Universe
and so evolvement through self awareness is inevitable for all those who open up to their potential. Reiki is here to support

is the name given to a system of natural healing which evolved in Japan from the experience and dedication of Dr Mikao Usui
Fired by a burning question, Dr Usui was inspired to develop this healing system from ancient teachings
after many years of study, research and meditation. He spent the rest of his life practising and teaching Reiki. Today Reiki
continues to be taught by Reiki Master Teachers who have trained in the tradition passed down from Reiki Master Teacher to
student.
